Title: Account Executive

Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year, maximum 2 years

Working Conditions: Full time

Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing clients' proposals in collaboration with the Group Account Manager, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client needs.
  • Follow up on customized course logistics with the operations department to ensure compliance with set quality standards and client needs (trainer availability, CRM entries, material availability with R&D, financial agreements, ITC, and required documentation).
  • Follow up on submitted proposals to ensure client approval of the proposed terms and conditions.
  • Write clients' "Training Needs Assessment" form, submit it to the R&D department, and follow up on approval while ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Search for potential clients to expand the business leads database.
  • Supervise CRM entries and send account management updates to operations and R&D to ensure smooth ongoing processes.
  • Monitor the key performance indicator sheet to ensure the accuracy of data and reporting.

Job Description:

  • Responsible of all operational logistics for conducting a course.
  • Communicating with internal and external clients.
  • Maintains accurate records of all courses conducted.
  • Building relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Keeping in contact with the client and participants at all stages of the course to Insure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains accurate records for existing clients.

  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

  • Responsible for pricing team building events in alignment with management.
  • Responsible for executing team building events and handling all logistics of the day.
  • Responsibilities handling venues, team building crew, suppliers, trainer, and handle all client requests in the implementation phase.
  • Responsible for keeping track of actual event costs and handling supplier payments in alignment with the Finance department.
  • Getting new suppliers and partners that will enhance Talentaat’s solutions.
